Children’s Mental Health Week

The theme of this year’s Children’s Mental Health Week is Express Yourself.
Expressing yourself is about finding ways to share feelings, thoughts, or ideas, through creativity. This could be through art, music, writing and poetry, dance and drama, photography and film, and doing activities that make you feel good. At Isca Academy this week there will be a focus on positive mental health as part of Children’s Mental Health Week.
We have put together some new activities and ideas that we will be looking at with students during special assemblies and tutor times this week.
We hope that everyone will try something new and take some time within their week to pause, be creative and focus on their own wellbeing.
